    Who We Are

    Our Principals

    Experienced Professionals

Our enterprise was created and is run by executives who helped build the largest advertising agency in South Jersey, and were instrumental in the growth of one of Philadelphia’s major agencies. These same executives provided advertising, marketing, promotion, and public relations counsel to some of the region’s most successful companies and organizations.

It is these experienced professionals who will be managing your marketing programs.

Lisa Fellman launched Enterprise Marketing & Communications, Inc. (EMC) in 1999 and as CEO directs marketing, advertising, design, and public relations services for a variety of organizations, small entrepreneurial companies, as well as departments of major corporations.

Lisa was a founding employee of The Star Group and a key member of the management team that built that agency to a major regional firm. During her 13 years with the company, she was Executive Vice President and Director of Account Service, and
later served as Director of Operations.

Prior to entering the agency business, Lisa was
Vice President and a member of the management committee of BenePlus, Inc., an employee benefits communications firm, after serving as District Manager of Ups and Downs, Inc., a national chain of sportswear specialty stores.

    Executive Vice President

Bringing more than 40 years of experience in virtually all disciplines of marketing communications: public relations, advertising and sales promotion, Nelson Fellman is Executive Vice President of Enterprise Marketing & Communications (EMC).

Nels Fellman joined EMC after two years as Senior Vice President and Creative Director at Anne Klein & Associates, the largest independent public relations agency in the Philadelphia region.

Previously, he spent nine years as President of The Star Group, and 17 years at Spiro & Associates in Philadelphia, rising from Public Relations Director to Executive Vice President.
